My name is Shane. I was born and raised in Calgary Alberta. I have watched this city grow into what it is today. I enjoy sports, traveling, and helping out in the community. Being able to host guests who are here to enjoy the city I grew up in is a passion of mine.
Why they chose this property
This building is in the beautiful, quiet neighborhood of Ramsey inside of Calgary close to downtown. You will be able to walk to the local shops in the area along with being near the famous area of Englewood. The Saddledome/Stampede grounds and BMO Center are just down the street about a 10-15 min walk away. You are also not far from the Calgary Zoo which is a great place to take the family out to and highly recommended.
What makes this property unique
This property is a new building that is gorgeous. You have a full kitchen for cooking, a beautiful living room with a big smart TV, and 2 stories where the bedrooms are located that gives a nice separation from the main floor living area. In the summers, you have a nice deck with a BBQ and a balcony off of the top floor primary bedroom. The deep soaker tub in the primary bedroom on the top floor is also a great place to relax after a day out on the city.
