Excellent Condo

This Condo is excellent and is well above the level of most the condos in this building. Only use Kimberly Lang Vacations This place is beautiful and very nicely furnished with 2 master suits with ensuites lovely stay

Great place to getaway

We truly enjoyed staying at Belle Mer 303. Spacious accommodations, plenty of room for 6 adults and two small children. Really liked the fact that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Being able to see and hear the ocean was awesome. Will definitely be back

This property worked well for our needs. Nice and clean. AC works well. There are few supplies, so plan on going to the store if you are staying for more than 24 hours.

Great beach vacation

Great location, great unit. Master bedroom great, other bedrooms facing parking lot/tennis courts need heavy light blocking drapes. The lights at night were hardly dimmed by the blinds.

Navarre vacation

We loved the area. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, I had to clean hair out of the shower drain. The beds were not very comfortable, but we like firmer beds. The condo was very nice overall and we would stay here again.

Great place-clean, location is awesome along with the white sandy beach. Condo has all you need for a short or long stay. Advertisement is exact. Have state stayed here previously and plan on being back.

Family fun!

The condo was spacious, clean, and the perfect location. We had a beachfront condo with a pool. The kitchen had all the essentials needed for preparing meals. Our groceries were delivered to the condo. The bathrooms have been updated and we’re very nice. The management responded quickly to our call for parking passes. The passes were delivered within 30-45 minutes. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

Cut short

Due to parent passing away had to cut short trip to return home. No reimbursement no credit - nothing other than sorry that’s policy. Would never rent from again. Even continued sending communications after asking to stop due to situation. Never again.

Started off bad

The passcode needed reset 2X before we could enter the condo. There was a leak in the bedroom and carpet was wet for 4 days. Had to shop vac and deal with plumbers for 4 days while they figured out where leak was. Had to run an industrial fan for 4 days that was loud and stinky. No parking passes available for 2 days. The management was informative and helpful but not how you want half of the vacation days to go. The hot tub and heated pool were cold the first 2days. The condo building just felt unkept and not clean. Beautiful location. Large rooms and great beds. Just disappointed. Only offered 15% refund for 3 days and never a follow up.

Had a few issues with the code when we first got there but over all it was great. I would suggest setting the lock on the ac to 67 or 68. 69 was a little warm

Stress free Thanksgiving week.

We had 16 members in our party. 6 members of my family stayed at Belle Mer. It allowed us to be with all of our party,while giving us a place to take a break when we needed it. Our condo was a lovely vacation getaway!

NO to 303 -- Yes to Belle Mer

Overall the unit was not as well equipped as other units I have stayed in on this property and was very outdated... Plastic on the dining room chairs, old and limited pans for cooking (so be prepared to go out to eat), limited wine glasses, etc... just not stocked well. Also required a 9am check out and no details if we could check in early.... I would NOT recommend this unit and would look for something else in this Building

Excellent!! Pictures depict exactly as it is upon arrival. Easy check-in-check out. Overall Condo complex was nice. Condo itself was bigger than expected. Would recommend staying in this unit.

Confusion

The set up of the condo was perfect for our family. It was nice, clean and loved that it was right on the beach. We had a slight mishap where we were trapped in the condo when the door/lock broke. Thankfully we had family that came by and we were able to yell the code to them and them unlock from the outside. It was several hours before we could get ahold of someone. Then, it was several hours later to get it fixed. The locksmith was very nice and kind. We greatly appreciated how late he worked. The young man named Dave with your company was also very nice and did as much as he could. The issue got resolved but getting a hold of someone was the problem. Emergency numbers need to be easier to find and answered promptly.
