Nestled under a canopy of deciduous trees, Tiny Elizabeth feels removed from the world without the need for an extended venture into the wild.
The Space:
Tiny Elizabeth sleeps up to four people with a Queen bed overhead and a double sofa bed downstairs.
House Inclusions: Outdoor seating, parking available, fully equipped kitchen, shower essentials, towel set, heating and cooling.
Guest Access:
Location to the nearest town: 9.2km to Laguna Village
Terrain: Suitable for 2WD.
The Neighborhood:
Tiny Elizabeth resides in a semi-secluded farm just over an hour north of Sydney. With views of rolling farmland, Tiny Elizabeth is home to both farm animals and native Australian wildlife. Take a short five-minute drive and you will find yourself in a nearby village peppered with gourmet wine bars and plenty of local eateries. Travel a further 40 minutes to the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region.
Expect to leave Tiny Elizabeth with a newfound zest of adventure.
Please note, to keep our houses hidden the location shown on the map is not accurate and should be used as a rough guide. The exact location will be revealed two days before your stay.
Other Things to Note:
Mobile Reception - There is only Optus phone reception at the property (no Telstra). However, there is free wifi at the local cafe about 5 minutes drive away.
Pet Policy - Elizabeth is a pet friendly location. If you wish to bring a pet please review the T&C's first.
Terms - Check-in at 3pm and check-out 11am. For the most part and during low seasons, TWO night minimum stay Friday/Saturday, ONE night minimum stay Sunday-Thursday. During high seasons, minimum stays of 2+ nights may be required. All ONE night stays incur a $50 supplement to cover consumables such as gas, water and cleaning. Further details in the FAQ and provided upon booking. Please note that by booking with us you automatically accept our Terms & Conditions.
