Step into this lofted apartment situated on the banks of the Yarra in the heritage Bond Store. The rustic yet modern aesthetic is complemented by technological conveniences such as heated floors, remote-controlled blinds and a centralised sound system.

The open-plan living area invites relaxation on plush sofas, equipped with a large wall-mounted TV for your evening entertainment while split-type air-conditioning and heating ensure comfort year-round. Cook meals in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, featuring a breakfast bar, wine chiller, coffee pod machine, and blender.
