About this property

Welcome to our guest house with a great layout for two couples or a family. This comfortable and cosy house situated in the town of North Dandalup is the perfect place to explore the Shire of Murray from. With its large open plan living, dinning and kitchen area, the house can accommodate 2 couples, a family or two families with mattress available for the living area, or bring a tent to set up on the front lawn to house the kids. We can also offer a caravan for extra accommodation with a double bed if so desired.

Bedroom one is a spacious room with a comfortable king size bed and door onto the back yard. Bedroom two has a Queen bed and both open directly onto the living area.

I was worried about road noise but the fence out the front fixed most of that and night traffic was minimal

Nice getaway from Perth

Interesting location, next to a gas station mart thing and right on the main road.. but we didn’t hear any traffic, and the house was cozy. Kitchen is well equipped and the fire place is fantastic! There is also a little play area at the back of the house that includes a basketball area, a little gym and even a lap pool. Unsure if we were supposed to use that or not though. We did a short drive to the nearby dam and went for a little bush walk.. before spending the afternoon with the fire in a cozy lounge and some baking! Just make sure you get the keypad PIN code to the house (not just the outside drive gate) and also where the remote is to be able to get back out of the outside drive gate (there is no keypad from the inside).

Clean and quiet

The property was easy to find off the main highway. Check in and check out was just as easy. The place was well equipped and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Angela was a lovely and very gracious host who proved to be very compassionate when sadly, our circumstances changed due to my partner's serious illness. Unfortunately, these circumstances severely reduced our time in North Dandalup so we never really had the time there to fully appreciate the cottage & it's location. Peter & Margaret
