You have a large front entrance, as you enter you will see a common hallway. This will lead you to the many loft studios in this property. At the end of the hallway, the back door will lead you to a large backyard. There is a grapevines with shaded sitting area. It is for all guest to enjoy and have a bbq, cook outside the undercover kitchen. Or just bask in the sun in this common courtyard. It makes you feel like you're a world away and yet you're only 10 15 mins tram/bus to the city centre. All bars cafes restaurants Carlton park within mins.
