The Space:
Please note, that all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement.

This property features a quiet location, only 20 minutes from downtown with self-check-in. After utilizing the driveway and garage parking, you'll enter into the expansive interior. From the chef-grade kitchen to the movie room to the private pool and hot tub, this home is perfect for any occasion. We adhere to a strict occupancy of 12 persons at this home, and ask that you keep the music down to maintain tranquility within the neighborhood community.

As night approaches, you'll find all bedrooms are conveniently situated on the main level. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a TV for your entertainment. Additionally, it offers the convenience of two full bathrooms, each equipped with separate showers for added comfort and functionality.

The second bedroom boasts two Twin XL beds, a walk-in closet, a desk, and a TV.

The third bedroom has a king bed and a walk-in closet.

Your fourth bedroom includes two queen beds while the last bedroom has a king. There is ample closet space and hangers in four of your bedrooms. For your convenience, there is a laundry room located off the kitchen with modern LG appliances.

This home has it all in the way of entertainment with a unique home theatre system for relaxing nights in and family-friendly board games. If cards are your thing, you could enjoy our poker table, poker set included. Outdoors, you have a glorious shaded patio to enjoy while others relish in the pool and spa or enjoy a game of cornhole on the grass. The grounds outside are perfectly manicured, with multiple ponds throughout the yards, a pergola, and a well-lit sports court to challenge your guests to a game of pickleball or basketball.

Please note, this home has multiple flooring elevation changes throughout, and may not be suitable for some guests. You will encounter steps up and down while navigating the space.

We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs in advance. If the house is ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time, we will usually accommodate an early check-in. You should book the night before or after your scheduled arrival or departure for a reliable alternative with guaranteed check-in or check-out timing.

Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ride sharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 15 minutes away.

Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.

All guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and complete identity registration.

All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.

To ensure your safety, please notify Portoro of any issues regarding home access, amenities, or other guest features.

Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.

Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.

Pets are allowed at this home at a rate of 150 dollars per pet, 2 max, up to 50 lbs. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Portoro approval, there will be a cleaning charge of 500 dollars. Owner must pick up after dogs, no exceptions.

We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check-in or late check-out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.

The home has cameras for external monitoring only.

Reservations made during festivals and conferences are nonrefundable.

Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6 percent and the city requires 11 percent.

A portion of the city hotel tax helps support musicians and related businesses.

Interaction with Guests:
Portoro offers self checkin. As your hosts, Portoro will be available to answer any questions you may have about the home or the surrounding area.

Guests will have access via an electronic smart lock and the access code will be provided before your arrival.

We follow the CDC and Airbnb Recommended Cleaning Guidelines. You can rest assured this property has been completely sanitized prior to check-in.
