Downstairs, you'll find a comfortable queen bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and plenty of space to store your belongings. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, while the laundry area includes a combined washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs is a funky urbane retreat. With a well-appointed kitchen, fully equipped with all the essentials you need, along with a coffee machine and modern appliances to make meal, or caffeine preparation a breeze. You can choose to eat at the dining table, or on the couch if you prefer!
The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area and living, where you can unwind and relax after a day of exploring the city. Catch up on your favourite shows or stream a movie on the Smart TV for the perfect evening in.
The shared courtyard is found right at your front doorstep, providing you with your own little slice of sunshine throughout your stay.
Within a 5 minute walk there are many bars, restaurants, cafe's and coffee shops with the Barrel Collective (Best cocktails in Launceston), Stelo Restaurant (modern Italian), The Black Cow (modern Australian with a focus on steak), St John Craft Beer Bar (burgers etc.), Du Cane (beer & pizza), Sports garden (great pub grub) and for coffee there is Tatler Lane, Amelia, Kenzo (awesome donuts) and many more. The Neighborhood
Launceston is a beautiful city blending both city and country charms, with heritage streetscapes, a slice of urban wilderness and gourmet food and drink available at every turn. We aren’t just biased, many agree, with Launceston named Australia’s best town to visit in 2022!
Nestled amongst these iconic buildings, you will find many delicious cafés and restaurants, an array of shops and boutiques, a vast range of cocktail bars and pubs and many amenities and recreational spaces.
Launceston has many things to see and do including the vibrant Harvest Market every Saturday morning, the Princess Theatre, hosting local, interstate, and international performances, the Star Theatre for a cosy, cinematic experience, and many pubs and venues that host amazing live, musical talents.
Often referred to as the 'Lygon’ Street of Launceston, you will find some of Launceston’s most popular eateries and amenities on the illustrious Charles Street. George St is also known as ‘Eat Street’ with a range of restaurants, bars, gin houses and cafes to cater for most tastes.
The Cataract Gorge is a spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.
The City Park which is known for its beautiful oak tree gardens, playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory and cheeky snow monkeys. Nearby, you will find Penny Royal World. This attraction provides you and the family with a fabulous day out, with boat rides, rock climbing, rope courses, and more found here. For the adults, Penny Royal also provides a beautiful atmosphere where you can enjoy a wine or coffee.
An additional area to note is the Seaport Precinct. Here you will find some of Launceston’s most beloved restaurants and bars scattered along the edges of the Tamar River. Restaurants to note are Mud Restaurant and Bar, Stillwater, the Levee Food Co. and Spice. Across the bridge you will find the Riverbend Park for all day play entertainment, the Boathouse Café and Silo Hotel.

Getting Around
To get the most out of your stay, to be able to explore all that Launceston and its surrounds have to offer, a car is recommended. Additionally, there are many alternative options listed below:
METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.
FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. It is easy to spot – painted with the black and brown stripes of a Tasmanian Tiger! For timetables and routes, please see the Metro Tasmania Website (Free Tiger Bus).
INTERCITY BUS SERVICE: Tasmania has you covered with a variety of intercity bus services to make your city-to-city travels a breeze. If you're in the North West region, which includes Burnie, Wynyard, Devonport, and more take a peek at the 'MerseyLink' bus service website for their timetables. If you're heading to or from Launceston and the southern spots like Hobart, make sure to swing by the 'Kinetic' website. Please note that 'Kinetic' has you covered for some routes to and from Devonport as well.
ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the App ‘Beam’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!

Please note that there is no off-street parking at this property; however, we can direct you to plenty of nearby places where you can park your car.
