Why they chose this property
we LOVE being walking distance to the beach. the beach is sooooo private there is hardly anyone there even in summer!
we are also close to large shopping centres (ocean keys, joondullup), ocean front restaurants and pubs (Mindarie Marina, The Boat, Indian Ocean Brewing Co etc) and kids parks and playgrounds.
the location is also a 27 minute drive to the city as we are very close to the freeway.

This is also our family home, so we are fully set up with everything you will need for your stay as if it was your own home. we have a 4yo son, so the kids room is decked out with heaps to keep the kiddies entertained.
