The Space:
Welcome to our exquisitely adorned, two-level, three-bedroom home, providing a warm and inviting space for up to six guests. You will find one reserved parking spot for one car along, with additional street parking conveniently nearby on Fort Clark Drive. There is no additional parking within the community, no curbside parking is available as well.
Indoors, entertainment awaits with a Smart TV in the living room, offering access to internet and modern streaming services for your enjoyment. Relax on the comfortable L-shaped sectional sofa after a day of exploring all that Austin has to offer, surrounded by charming artworks and lush houseplants.
Step into the kitchen and uncover a range of modern amenities, from a spacious fridge and freezer to a large 12 cup drip coffee maker. Find all the essential appliances and utensils needed to create delightful home cooked meals. Cooking enthusiasts will be thrilled by our stocked cabinet, brimming with a variety of spices, pantry essentials, and everything you need to craft delicious creations. Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the generous counter space and oven range, while the provided dishwasher ensures a hassle free stay. Gather around the dark wood dining table with bench seating, admiring the unique artwork adorning the walls.
On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, Smart TV, ample storage space, and an accent table with a beautiful salt lamp for a restful ambiance. Bedroom two offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, a work desk, chair, and a striking light fixture. Guests can also access the shared bathroom conveniently. Bedroom three provides a cozy retreat with its queen size bed, pop art wall, and a beautifully appointed nightstand. For your garment care, we provide an iron and ironing board. For families on the go, we provide a Pack n Play upon request for the comfort of your little darling.
And for those who love staying active, we have got you covered with provided dumbbells, a yoga mat, jump rope, and resistance bands to keep your fitness routine on track.
The backyard provides a private sanctuary for entertainment. Enjoy a lively game of darts, a grill for culinary adventures, and lounge seating for six. Propane, grill accessories, and utensils are provided for your convenience, ensuring a smooth outdoor experience.
Guest Access:
We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Portoro Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
The Neighborhood:
This home is in an HOA community where all guidelines must be respected. These are outlined in check in instructions and the guest manual.
Getting Around:
Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ride sharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. Downtown Austin, including the University of Texas, is 12 minutes from the home, and the airport is just 15 minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
- All guests staying at one of our Portoro Homes are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.
- All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
- Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk.
- Stays over 29 days – please inquire separately for terms and conditions.
- HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas requires all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6% and the city requires 11%.
- YOU ARE HELPING: A portion of the city hotel tax helps support Austin's musicians and related businesses.
- This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
- This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
Interaction with Guests:
Portoro Homes communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 48 hours prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by email/text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7.
We follow the CDC and Airbnb Recommended Cleaning Guidelines. You can rest assured this property has been completely sanitized prior to check-in.
