These are separate, but neighboring apartments. Although they don’t connect internally, the entrances are adjacent to each other. Each unit has its own living space, kitchen, and bathroom.

The Space:
LOCATION: Take in endless ocean views from the rooftop pool deck or take a short 6 minute walk to the beach! Sunny Isles by Roami is the perfect home base for exploring everything Sunny Isles and South Florida has to offer.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.


BATHROOM: All 4 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: Both kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property includes a rooftop pool with expansive views of the ocean and Sunny Isles skyline.

FREE PARKING: Two unassigned spaces are available in the gated garage, free of charge but on a first-come, first-served basis.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 6 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.

This is a pet-friendly property; first pet: 150.00 USD plus tax, second pet: Additional 250.00 USD plus tax. A total of 400.00 USD plus tax is to be collected if you will bring 2 pets regardless of size or breed.

Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in.

Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property.

We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines.
