The property was just as described in the VRBO listing. Having a full kitchen was very nice, and the location has excellent transit connections within Vancouver. I had no problems connecting to the WiFi. There's a motion-sensor light over the outside door, but I still found it very useful to have a headlamp when arriving after dark.
It was exactly what we needed!! We were looking for a place to stay before heading out on our cruise. It was very nice and clean and well kept. Location worked for us. Just a short distance from the airport and the cruise port
Good accommodations for sleep…very comfortable beds…and getting ready to hit the town. Not for hanging at the house. Use the alleyway for best access. Parking was a short walk so drop the luggage then go park.
Four of us stayed here for the weekend, didn’t spend much time at the place itself. It’s very small, but if you’re in town to see Vancouver and not hang out at the rental, it’s great.
This listing has no sitting room. It's the bedroom or the kitchen.

It was a nice little property and perfect for our shorter stay. Everything we needed was provided. The host was prompt to answer me, which I appreciated. I would definitely stay here again if I happen to find myself in Vancouver
This is a new clean modern property with great Wi-Fi. There isn’t really a hangout place or much of a place to sit. It is just a small kitchen and two small bedrooms, but for those who are looking for a good homebase while they are adventuring in Vancouver and want great Wi-Fi in between and a kitchen to store their goods and Tamika small meal this is The absolute perfect place.
Very neat laneway house in a quiet neighborhood. Free street parking just right around the corner (just exit out to the alley, take a right and walk down the alley, and take a left at the end of the alley). Responsive hosts and sufficient provisions (shampoo, drinking glasses, etc.). Not sure if it has AC, though, so make sure before you book a summer stay (I might've just missed the AC controller, but I didn't need it). But, strong fans provided in each room. Would recommend.

Two bathrooms were a bonus. Wish there more comfortable chairs as there was no place to sit and relax (no lounge) and the stools at the table were uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time, and we didn’t realize about the lack of parking, but you could park on surrounding streets. Had Uber Eats drop off a couple of times and that was nice & easy. The Hosts were easy to get in touch with and answered our questions really quickly. The house was clean and had nice towels in the bathroom. Full sized fridge which was great. We enjoyed our stay.

We were 2 couples staying for 2 nights before a cruise. On the plus side, everything was very clean. The kitchen seemed to be well supplied, although we didn't really use it. It was easy to get to and was central to the airport and downtown. On the down side. The bedrooms were very small with no place for luggage. We put our luggage in the downstairs sitting room. Our friends put their's in the bathroom, which had extra space. The entry way was also very cramped and we arrived in the rain with 4 of us trying to get in. The no shoes in the house rule was annoying. The lack of a parking space was also annoying. Over all, it worked okay. And it was cheaper than a hotel.
Accommodations were clean and inviting. Off site parking was somewhat problematic, especially when trying to unload and reload suitcases, other belongings etc. in to the car in the rain. Suitcase racks would really have been nice as there was very limited space in the bedrooms and having to live out of your suitcase on the floor wasn’t ideal. In one of the bedrooms there was a very small rack for hanging clothes, but you would have to be neatly 6 feet tall to reach it. There was a “sitting” or “living room” of sorts which was very stark and drab. While there were tv’s in each bedroom (much appreciated) there was none in the “sitting”/“living room” which left you to just stare at a blank wall. My son and I just decided to watch a movie piled into one of the beds together. The kitchen was fairly well equipped, however, there was no dishwasher (not a problem), but I never found any dish cloths or dish towels. Very nice to have 2 full bathrooms. Will say for fuller figured individuals, the downstairs shower is rather small. Directions on what to do with trash vs recycling would have been helpful. Would rate the overall stay about a 3.75. I’m from the Midwest, so not familiar with laneway homes.
