The Space:
The Villa has a unique location, situated in a residential complex called La Privada within the exclusive neighborhood of Aldea Zama (24-hour security). The property is just a 2-minute drive from the famous restaurants, bistros, and markets of Aldea Zama. It's also only a 6-minute drive from the nearest beach club. You have unlimited access to a multi-purpose area just 30 meters away, which includes a paddle court, ping pong table, BBQ grills, spacious pool with lounge chairs, bathrooms, and dining space.

The maximum capacity of the villa is 13 people; however, the price may vary depending on the number of guests staying in the house. Another important thing to note is that external personnel or guests are not allowed (for security reasons).

This villa is located within a private community in ALDEA ZAMA, one of the most exclusive areas of Tulum (right between downtown and the hotel zone). Here you will find cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores within walking distance. Downtown Tulum is about a 10-minute drive away, where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, souvenir shops, and enjoyable local experiences to indulge in.

Tulum's beaches and the hotel zone are approximately 8 -10 minutes away by car, depending on where you're going and the traffic. Here, you can also find top-notch restaurants, more souvenir spots, incredible beach clubs, bars, shops, cenotes, and many more things waiting for you to experience the complete Tulum Jungle-Beach adventure

Typical construction hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. At times, these hours might extend from 8 am to 6 pm. Some phases of construction may involve noise. While we strive to make your stay memorable, construction-related circumstances are beyond our control.

3. Fauna Encounters:
Wildlife Abounds: Tulum is home to a diverse range of creatures, from sea turtles to jungle-dwelling species. These animals may pass through or seek new habitats due to ongoing changes and construction:
