This beautiful two bedroom Queens Grant villa is located directly on Robert Trent Jones Golf Course! There have been so many updates throughout this spacious renovated villa. You will fall instantly in love with the beach decor and feel relaxed the minute you walk through the doors. There is a coastal vibe that runs throughout and will put you immediately in vacation mode. You will be glad you chose this gorgeous villa, with its single level open floor plan.
The kitchen is well-designed and updated with custom cabinetry and granite countertops. Coming fully-equipped, you will find everything you need to put together a home-cooked meal for your family! The dining area is just beyond the kitchen and comfortably seats eight guests. The kitchen bar provides seating for an additional four guests.
The living room is large and furnished with comfort and style in mind. Enjoy the large HDTV and look out at the sweeping Golf Course view! Sliders go out to a large private deck with plenty of seating.
The primary bedroom consists of an adjustable king bed and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom is nicely updated with a custom-tiled walk-in shower and granite topped vanity. There is a slider with access to your private deck. The guest bedroom boasts an adjustable king bed, HDTV and its own en-suite guest bathroom with a combination tub and shower.
Outside there is a brand new composite deck with several places to outdoor dine and lounge. You will enjoy lovely views of the Robert Trent Jones golf course fairway! Watch the golfers from your own private deck. There is also a gas grill on the lower level for cooking for your friends and family.
The beach is accessed by a brisk walk, a short bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy Shuttle, which is a seasonal and on-call shuttle service! You are close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer; The Robert Trent Jones clubhouse and Top Golf driving range, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball center as well as Alexanders Restaurant.
