Owner was very good at communicated and getting back to us quick with any questions. Very Accommodating. Place is clean and appears as it does in photos.
Only complaint would be to have two fobs as you need the fobs to go up and down the elevators and have to let other members of your group staying with you in and out of hte building since only one fob was given and shared.

Why they chose this property
This building is in a wonderful, conveniently located area in the heart of downtown Calgary. Being able to walk to local restaurants or nightlife makes this location amazing. If you have to go to the Saddledome for an event you can walk there in 25 mins or drive there in 8 mins.
What makes this property unique
This is a luxury building through and through. The property has a rooftop pool and a Gym located inside the building. It also comes with an underground parking spot that is very secure and only residents of the building can access it.
