This cottage is intended to be the place where guests gather and share memories. It is the perfect place to share a dinner with friends or family. Privacy at its finest with a cozy patio with bbq, dining table, heated 19ft pool and an isolated backyard with access to natural trails. The cottage is renovated but yet preserving the charm of the rustic style. Rich architecture gives way to woodwork, wide plank floors and a visual pleasure! There are 3 bedrooms, one family room and one living room. The spacious kitchen and dining room are fully equipped with new appliances and kitchen supplies. The house is only a 6 minute drive from stores, restaurants and services and a 3 minute drive from the beaches (Lac De Sable). Multiple activities available around like: aqua park, sailboat school, natural parks, hiking, mountain biking, cycling (Petit Train du Nord and Aerobic Corridor), snowmobiling, cross country skiing/skating, snowshoeing, ice skating, canoeing, kayaking, simple walks, golf, horseback riding, ice skating, spa etc. (Bonus: 30 minutes from Mont-Tremblant and 20 minutes from Saint-Sauveur).
