Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire home except the garage (locked up) for the duration of their stay.

- BBQ gas bottle refill is up to the guest to replace if it runs out.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **

Disappointing not Deluxe
We stayed for 30 days after an interstate relocation, so we were looking for a low stress clean furnished house. It was only a furnished house. There some good things here, and the house would be lovely if it were maintained. However, it was not clean on arrival. The house is showing wear and tear which I think the owners have got use to and no longer notice, but is immediately apparent for a new family staying there so it should not be described as Deluxe. The garden was dramatically overgrown and the lawns were dead, so not usable for young kids. The oven hob only had two burners out of five working. There were spiders in every room and associated webs. We had to vacuum on arrival, but the provided vacuum cleaner didn’t function. The showers had mould and hairs, the bath also had hairs. There was a pair of knickers in one cupboard and tracksuit bottoms in another. There was rubbish behind both sofas and one of the TVs didn’t appear to work. Several blinds didn’t fully function and the cords were not secured to the wall as safety standard. Only one key was available for the front door.The good things were the property manager was very responsive to our concerns and got a cleaner there after 2 days, a gardener after 4 days and a handyman to sort blindcords. The oven, the microwave and fridge were new and high quality. They provided a cot at no cost. They provided lots of children’s books with Christmas theme. The place was big, and the master bedroom was spacious too.
