The Villa
This breath-taking green 1-bedroom, off-grid cabin is surrounded by spectacular views over the property and surrounding mountains. You will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere with the peace and complete privacy you will feel.

> Solar powered gas heater, custom kitchenette, private fire pit + indoor and outdoor
seating areas
> Comfy, top-quality Queen-sized Koala mattress with quality linens provided
> A Koala Lounge sofa bed for additional guests
> Private, fenced yard to keep our very friendly cows out
> Parking for one vehicle inside fenced yard
> Complimentary coffee, tea, small milk and local olive oil
> This Villa is not pet-friendly, however we have two other Villas that are.

The Property
Hepburn Retreat is located on a working cattle farm. We also have a couple of miniature horses, because, well, they are awesome! The property also boasts a communal area, 'The Gardens' where you are welcome to take what you will eat from the seasonal organic herbs and vegetables and help yourself to eggs from our lovely ladies at 'The Chick Inn'.

About Us
Formally city slickers, we opened Hepburn Retreat to share what we took from our weekends away to the countryside. Peace, connection, relaxation. It really is a chance to disconnect and reconnect with your friend/s, lover/s, family.
