Welcome to ‘Jarvis Place’
This home is newly renovated, stylish, spacious and comfortable. Featuring 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. TVs are available in each room with a 70inch in the main living room. A double shower, spa bath and complimentary salts add to the luxurious feel of this lovely home. A large kitchen with a coffee machine, a variety of pods, tea, snacks, treats, & soft drinks are supplied.
It has a beautiful back yard & bbq, This elegant, clean & comfortable home will not disappoint.
The space
This beautiful contemporary home features three well-sized bedrooms, with a king-size bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in bedrooms 2 & 3.
An added extra is a pull out couch in the living room that will suit children.
Each bedroom has a smart TV as does the main living area of the home.
Unlimited WiFi and Netflix ensure adults and children are kept entertained.
The home also features an ensuite and a large bathroom with a double shower & spa bath.
For your convenience, the laundry has a massive 12kg washing machine, and washing powder is provided, as is a clothes dryer.
A magnificent spacious and modern kitchen with a large kitchen window overlooking a lovely backyard and patio. A large dual-door fridge/freezer with water and ice, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee pod machine, an air fryer and a jaffle maker make this a very comfortable home away from home.
Air-conditioning to ensure comfort from the summer heat and oil heaters in all the bedrooms ensure comfort during the winter months.
A fireplace, with wood provided, not only creates a comforting warmth but a beautiful ambience, and relaxing atmosphere.
The front yard has a large grassed area, and the back yard is well prepared to suit all tastes with a family Webber bbq.
A designated fire pit is perfect for those cold winter nights and some marshmallow toasting. A sand pit with seating perfect for the kids!
A porta cot, a high chair and a change mat are available on request.
This is surely the perfect home away from home.

All spaces excluding garage. Plenty of parking space for 5 cars in the driveway- and side access (fenced) for a large truck/caravan.

I was born in Perth WA & grew up travelling with my family in mining towns in Australia & also living overseas in Italy, Dubai & PNG.
When I moved out of home I worked as a flight attendant domestically in Australia & than internationally. I met my husband & we moved to Kalgoorlie where we have been raising our 3 gorgeous kiddos & working hard at our business.
I am also a volunteer fire fighter & I’ve just started training with St John’s, I have a passion for helping others and love a challenge!
With a vast background in hospitality & travelling the world I have seen my fair share of hotels & airbnb houses on my travels. I am very passionate on interior decorating & all the comforts that accomodation can provide- especially after a hard day at work or a long day travelling!
I love meeting new people & learning new languages. Communication to my guests is my up most priority!
