Welcome to Water’s View - This welcoming unit on Welsby Parade has 2 large bedrooms & 1 bathroom. Comfortably furnished with coastal living in mind the unit features air-conditioning in the lounge area only but would go through the whole unit, Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, quality mattresses and linen, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine & dryer. The unit even has a pool on site! With beautiful passage views this unit really has everything you’ll need for the perfect beach getaway! Just a short walk to the Bowls Club, restaurants, supermarket, chemist, take away shops & bottle shops. Stroll along the beautiful Bongaree waterfront & take in the sights offered along Pumicestone Passage.

The second bedroom features two quality single beds, a ceiling fan, block out blinds & a beautiful beachy vibe.
Plenty of room to seat everyone in the air-conditioned living & dining room with a four-seater dining table and chairs and two modern lounge chairs situated in front of the flat screen TV. Don’t forget to take advantage of the free unlimited WIFI!

The kitchen in Waters View has a full-sized fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster/kettle, a full-sized oven, quality cookware and plenty of storage cupboards.
Enjoy the large shower after a long day at the beach and throw your dirty clothes straight into the washing machine! No need to bring washing powder Water’s View has you covered! You will also be provided with quality towels and a complimentary toiletries pack. There is a hairdryer available for you to use if needed.
If you’ve had enough of the beach why not relax by the pool, there is a covered 6-seater bench table and chairs beside the pool. The area is fully fenced and is lined with non-slip floor covering.
There is 1 car port on the premises, however there is also wide street parking available for your boat.

Enjoy the local Bribie Island fishing or swimming for children, with the ocean beach a short 5 min drive to the National Park.
