Welcome to the Strandhytta a large holiday home close to the river, beach and golf course. Located in Goolwa South, the gateway to the Coorong with its majestic birdlife and fishing. If you are looking for a place to come and relax and have some fun this is the place for you.
The Space:
This 5-bedroom holiday home can cater for multiple families, with two indoor entertaining areas and a large back yard. The barrage road playground is a short (5 minute) walk from Strandhytta. This area is a great spot for families with young children where you will see the pelicans that frequent the area.
Upstairs
Is a generous open plan area with a lounge, dining and kitchen. The kitchen has electric cooking, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, pantry and many cooking appliances and utensils. The large lounge area has a comfortable sofa and wall mounted TV. The large timber deck that wraps around the property is accessible & also has an external staircase. From the upstairs deck you can enjoy views of the river and Hindmarsh Island.
Upstairs living also comes with:
Split system air conditioner.
Main Bedroom with queen bed and walk in robe.
Main bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity.
Downstairs
You will find a large family room with a kitchenette and wall mounted TV. There is dual sliding door access to the outdoor area & yard with additional undercover entertaining areas.
Bedrooms two and three each have a queen bed, while bedrooms four and five both have a single over double bunk bed, with hanging and shelving units in each room.
There is a second bathroom downstairs with a shower over the bath, toilet and vanity.
The Laundry has a washing machine and access to outside, while the Veranda comes with an excellent BBQ and outdoor setting.
