This home is conveniently located just a short drive (15 minutes or less) to some of the most popular area wineries and apple orchards, and less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Hendersonville, and everything it has to offer (breweries, restaurants, shops, etc). You will be approximately a 15 minute drive to the trails of the Green River Gamelands and 30 minute drive to the Green River Gorge (tubing, zip lining, etc.) Chimney Rock and Lake Lure are just a short drive away, as well as Asheville, Saluda, Tryon (TIEC), Brevard, and so much more. The home was surrounded by a black walnut tree farm in the past and it has all the charm of an old farm house with modern amenities. The living space is cozy and allows for quality time spent with loved ones around the dining table. You can enjoy the crackling fire from the gas log fireplace during the cold winter days. The primary bedroom offers a Queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom and a large closet. The second bedroom offers a twin over twin trundle bed and plenty of storage space. The galley style kitchen brings memories of grandma's kitchen and provides all of the basic necessities to prepare meals or simply enjoy a cup of coffee from the regular drip coffee maker. The kitchen opens to the fenced-in back yard with a fire pit and a charcoal grill. You may even see some wildlife - turkeys, bobcats, deer, and other wildlife has been seen in the area. Enjoy reminiscing about great memories and making new ones with your loved ones at Countryside Comfort. This home welcomes one dog (an additional pet fee applies). No other household pets are allowed.
