Nice place to stay

Our space was great/great layout, plenty of room, bed was comfy. We would definitely stay here again. Outside courtyard was lovely! Only notes: pool was locked and difficult to get into. Essentials cabinet was pretty much empty except for Kleenex. I asked for more coffee (only received enough for two days in our room and we were there three) and was told the cabinet would be restocked. It never was. Front desk never had anyone there.

Very disappointed

I was very excited about staying here. I even shared the link with our team and 4 other families stayed here as well. As soon as we checked in. I notified the manager that our apartment smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. They got back with me and asked if we could relocate. That wasn’t an option. We were all sharing a rental car. So I opted to click the cleaning crew option that was advertised only to realize that’s not actually an option. Then a can of air freshener appeared on my door and that’s all I ever heard back. I had an asthma attack while there due to it. My clothes and all of our belongings all smell awful. Something so pretty should not have that kind of smell. And it should be I species prior to someone checking in. I do not believe I should have to even pay for the whole bill due to the fact I slept in someone else’s apartment after my asthma attack. It was that bad. There were parties all around us. Very loud. The one time we all went outside to grill and we were wanted of a noice rule and to please be quiet. It was quite shocking considering the noice levels all around us all night long. Very disappointed.
