Conveniently positioned in the suburb of Belmont, this fantastic home lies just a short drive from Perth’s key attractions – the Swan River, Kings Park and stunning city beaches. This light-filled, single-level home is designed around open-plan living and dining, flowing directly to the patio and swimming pool. Cook up a feast and dine outdoors.
