Situated all on one level, the house comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and open plan living. The spacious front deck features an outdoor entertaining area including a tv & bbq. The Winnunga Beach House is pet friendly with a fully fenced rear yard. Other features include a 4m swim spa, fire pit and a solar outdoor shower.
