MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 18 GUESTS
Casa Malbec is a combination of (3) separate units under the same roof located just a short walking distance to the beach. This is the perfect vacation home for your entire family and friends to enjoy! It is 2 blocks from Blackbeards restaurant and less than half a block to the nearest beach access. The townhouse showcases hi-speed wireless internet, six (6) flat screen LED TVs throughout all units, in-unit washer/dryer, and (3) separate kitchens equipped with all the cooking essentials you need to get the family well-fed.
A wonderful and refreshing private pool awaits you and your family when you come back from the beach. The patio also features a stone picnic table and tropical patio furniture, all surrounded by year-round flower beds. The Patio also features a BBQ grill and a bar counter top where to enjoy a cold refreshment by the pool.
House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(2 max) usually $59 per pet. If it was not included on the original quote, it may be charged after reservation is booked

- (3) separate units with (3) individual entrances. Unit A is entirely on the 2nd floor while Units B and C are both entirely ground floor units.
- Swimming pool is not heated
- This property is registered and holds an occupancy permit with the city of South Padre Island

I'm an Industrial Engineer, specialized in Manufacturing Systems. Originally from Argentina, but a local resident for more than 40 years. My wife and I enjoy coming to SPI on a very frequent basis. Really good restaurants here...good ambient. Wonderful sea breeze!
I started investing in Real Estate in SPI back in 2009, where I bought a townhome for our use, but we used it for only a couple of weeks during the year. So I started renting it short term and realized I was meeting wonderful people always wanting to relax and enjoy the Island... I loved it so much that I bought the unit next door, and then a unit one block away, and so forth... it's been a wonderful journey. We now own 26 units and are currently managing 6 additional units belonging to friends! I retired from the industry and I am doing this full time!

Beautiful beaches, close to home, warm almost all year long...and eventually planning to retire to SPI.
It's walking distance to the beach, which my wife and I enjoy it very much. It is also very close to some good restaurants such as PadreRitaGrill and Blackbeards and to the local supermarket, the Blue Marlin.
