Make this 1 bedroom your home away from home. This north-facing residence has limited ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean from a walk-out terrace on the ground floor. This 1,157 square foot residence features a well-appointed, stylish, modern design with an open concept, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 full bath, premium Wi-Fi, partial kitchen, and living/dining area. The open concept living space turns the kitchen, living room and patio into 1000+ square feet of entertainment space with sliding doors that open wide to create a true indoor/outdoor experience, providing walk-out access to Venn Bar, the north lawn, and our beachfront amenities. The partial kitchen (no stove top) is equipped with stainless steel appliances, full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, cooking utensils and dishware to be able to make your favorite meal. Floor-to-ceiling windows offers sweeping views and natural light throughout the residence. Sliding doors from both the living room and bedroom lead to a spacious 248 square foot terrace creating a private outdoor dining and living room. The open concept living room area features a sofa, one chair, a dining table, and provides plenty of room to enjoy the 65" 4k flat screen television. The sofa opens to a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The bedroom features a queen bed, 50" 4k flat screen television, and closet space with plenty of room to unpack and feel at home either a short or extended stay. The bathroom has a single vanity and walk-in shower. Important to note this unit does not have an in-room washer/dryer.
