The Bay is ideal for families, pet lovers, boating enthusiasts with safe sandy beaches and anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing beach holiday. Located 15 minutes from Phillip Island and a short drive to local attractions like the Phillip Island Penguin Parade, Macca's Farm and quality restaurants & wineries such as the Fig & The Bay and Gurdies Winery means there is plenty to do to keep everyone happy all holiday.

The House is all ground level and comprises of;

Parking available for boat/caravan via the side gate. Please do not drive on the grass in the backyard.

The house is 5 a minute drive to the beach.
Marukola animal park and sanctuary is less than 10 minutes drive.
Macca's Farm, Fig and the Bay restaurant, La Provincia restaurant, and Gurney's Winery - all must see attractions in the area. If you venture 15 minutes from the house you will find Phillip Island and beautiful beaches, the Penguin Parade, Phillip Island Chocolate Factory, Pelican feeding at San Remo, and stunning wineries and activities for all the families.

Full linen is not provided and can be hired, please ask us at the booking stage. Please note that if you are bringing more than 1 dog you must inform us prior to arrival. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding and failure to pick up dog poop from the garden will result in charges. Please ask us for our pet policy.

The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to your email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. All communication is sent via our system and it is important you are checking your spam folder for information and instructions about your booking. Christmas week and January is a 3pm check in only.

On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include: No parties, No Schoolies or groups of under 25 years, No Hens or Bucks parties. No Smoking. You will also be asked to provide Australian photo ID or passport ID in the online check in process before we can release the lock box code to you.
The house is pet and family friendly but please be respectful of neighbours. Dogs are not to be left unattended inside the house and please do not leave pets outside for more than a couple of hours. It is 100% your responsibility to monitor your pets and pick up dog waste from the garden. If we have to pick up after your dog there is an immediate $100 fine as cleaners so not go outside and we often have young kids playing the garden - thanks for your consideration.
