About this property

Windswept Cottage sits amidst tall pines with it's huge windows overlooking Sharbot Lake. Wander down to your private dock with your morning coffee. A breakfast basket is delivered to your door on your first morning. Then, take off in one of our kayaks or a canoe or hike the K & P Trail. Come home to a lovely soak in the tub! Windswept Cottage is the perfect combination of privacy and town convenience.

This wonderful cottage has a magnificent loft that overlooks the lake. Curl up with a book or watch a movie. The cottage has a washer/dryer for your use. There is a fire pit with wood provided and a BBQ on your deck. We have bikes for you to enjoy the K & P Trail which is right across the road. We also have snow shoes to enjoy the trail in the winter.
As well as your own private dock with chairs, there is the bay side dock where you will find kayaks, canoe and paddle boat - all included in your stay.
Other things to note
Restaurants in Sharbot Lake close by 8:00 pm. However, the grocery store is open until 7:30 most evenings.

The Cottages at Windrush property is on a private peninsula on the East Basin of Sharbot Lake. You have total privacy with your own dock, silent nights and yet you can walk to the village in less than 5 minutes. The village has a beautiful beach area, high end restaurant, lovely cafe, pub and even a grocery store.
