The flight of stairs leads you up to the first level which features the bedrooms and main bathroom with separate bath and shower.
The next flight of stairs leads you to the open plan living area, with modern kitchen, stylish design and a relaxing L shape couch.
Take your pick of one of two balconies to relax on as there is one on either side of the living area - the perfect spots for enjoying sunrise's and sunsets, a nice breeze and beautiful views of the ocean.
