Great location! Host was fantastic with communication and timeliness. Comfortable home with lots of space, nice patio and dinning area. Could use a bit more kitchen items and blinds need to be be cleaned. Have stayed at 15 plus other places and overall cleanliness was good!other

Balsam 3
It was a great vacation, a great house for everyone, especially if you have kids and dogs. The house does need some maintenance done and a deep clean.

Family vacation
House was ok. Out of six bikes listed, only four were working so we had to rent a couple bikes. It would have been nice to know that before our trip, we could have brought our own bikes. Housekeeping cleaning needs to be addressed.
Easy bike ride to the Sharc, shops, and restaurants. It was also close to houses rented by others in our group, which was a big plus. Well equipped and had everything we needed. Owner was kind enough to give directions to make finding the house the first time easier. My dog liked it, too. Pictures were accurate - as is not always the case.
This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it’s perfect for our two families. Lots of room for all, perfectly situated in Sunriver and has great amenities with the hot tub, sharc passes and bikes. Great place to stay for our family get togethers
Good space for large family. Easy bike to SHARC and park. 2 min drive to recycle center. No curbside recycling in Sunriver. Bring to recycle center. Home needs some updates but functional. Hot tub nice and seemed new.
Couches and linen/pillows need to be replaced/updated. House has everything needed for your stay…. Bikes/kayaks/full kitchen/ tire pump. Was a great vacation
Plenty of room for our family of four plus pup. Carpets and furniture are tired, but I don’t expect luxury in a rented home that allows dogs. Kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING. In terms of appliances and tools. Particularly appreciated the generous supply of dishes and silverware so I didn’t have to run the dishwasher after every meal. Biggest downside was that WiFi was very spotty. Our teens would’ve been miserable if we hadn’t found the router, which we had to reboot every couple of hours. Otherwise, comfortable vacation home if you don’t mind a few scuffs in the walls.
Cute little house! Enjoyed our stay, playing in the snow, and soaking in the hot tub. Could definitely use updated furniture, but everything else was great!
It was good. Nothing fancy, but necessities were met. Nice hot tub to relax in. Beds were mostly ok. Needs a good dusting, lots of cobwebs up high. The inside of the coffee pot, where you put the water was dirty, so we boiled water and poured over coffee in filter. Could use some newer cookware, but you can make do. One of the recliner chairs is broken and difficult to get out of once you open leg rest. The garage had an abundance of I assume broken washers and dryers and old pizza boxes stacked up, but it didn’t hinder our stay. The large yard was great for well behaved dogs because it’s not fenced. The water pressure was great and it was pretty clean besides the above mentioned. Again, nothing fancy, but we had a great time!
The property had everything we needed for the week in Sunriver! Wonderful set up for family to stay and all have their own rooms. Clean for a pet friendly option. Nice quiet location about a 20min walk to the river for swimming or floating. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable as well!
The stay at this property was great - plenty of room for all of us and the kids loved the room off bedroom 3 which had their own tv and video games. The house could probably use some updating but it was clean and everything worked great! We felt the location was acceptable - definitely a nice walk or bike ride to the Village. Always enjoy our stay in Sunriver! Prior to our stay I contacted the owner and he was very prompt in answering any questions! Definitely would recommend this property!
House was great. Had every amenity we needed. Very clean. Would stay here again. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.
For the most part we enjoyed our stay. Very clean. The only bad thing is I don't think their oven is working right after 8 hrs. Our Thanksgiving turkey was not done. The next day we tried baking something else should have been done in an hour, 2 1/2 hrs. Later still not done. Other than that the house was very nice and enjoyable.
Great Location, Great for a Bunch of People, Good Value
Location was awesome, it has private feel on the deck, close to river, bike trails, and village. House had a great layout for a multi-generational get together. Owner was good to deal with.
Some parts of house show a bit of wear, but it was clean, and I think it was to be expected as the house probably gets heavy use and was a little less expensive than some others. Grill, hot tub, and kitchen appliances worked well.
Really, only had one disappointment with the house. It was advertised as having bikes available for use. Well, there were the remains of about 10 bikes in the garage, but only a couple were in any sort of working order. We ended up paying $200 to rent 5 bikes for 4 days as that was a big part of how we wanted to spend our time. (I can only imagine it is tough to keep bikes used by so many people in working order, but I probably would not advertise it). Only reason did not give five stars for overall rating was the bikes.
Also, SHARC passes were included and our kids loved that. Very nice that those were included.
Overall, this was a great house and if having bikes included is not a big deal to you I would recommend.
Perfect house for our group of 9. Endless activities for all age groups. The owner was great to work with and I would definitely rent again.
Happy Families!
