Mini Waves sleeps 7 guests and is great for small family reunions, friend trips, and other small group getaways.

There is 1 bedroom is on the main level and 2 bedrooms on the upper level. The top deck is accessed through both upper level bedrooms.

NOTE: This home has 2 additional bedrooms and baths on the upper level, which are not included in this listing and will be unoccupied and locked off during your stay. If you would like to add the 2 beds/baths to your reservation, please see our listing for the entire Whispering Waves.

Wake up in your dreamy king-size bed, then roll into the kitchen to fuel the day’s adventures with coffee and pancakes.

The gorgeous kitchen includes both basic cooking tools and indulgent extras like stoneware place settings and a KitchenAid mixer.

Speaking of adventures: the location of this home can’t be beat. Just 5 minutes from the boat dock and Branson Landing and 25 minutes from Silver Dollar City and Moonshine Beach.

On a rainy day, hold a game tournament on the upper level, with its arcade-style games and big screen TV. The futon also folds down to provide an extra bed.

SWIMMING POOL, PLAYGROUND, PATH TO LAKE

The Briarwood neighborhood has an infinity edge pool overlooking Lake Taneycomo! Also a covered pavilion area with picnic tables, bring your cooler with you!

The kiddo's playground is next to the outdoor pool.

The path to the lake is by the pool. The lakeshore isn't the easy to fish, we suggest going over to Scotty's Trout Dock a few minutes away to get your fishing license and fish from the dock there.

- $35 per night per dog plus taxes. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval only. Dogs are not guaranteed to be approved. Please ask first.
- Local tax and cleaning are additional

- Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a $1 hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.

- Drivers license will be required with our signed guest agreement after you book, along with a selfie holding your photo ID
