HOUSE LAYOUT:
The front door opens to a spacious living room and kitchen accentuated by the vaulted ceiling and spectacular double-sided fireplace. The living room features a big-screen, smart TV with ample, plush seating. The kitchen is fully updated with granite countertops and state-of-the-art appliances. To the right of the kitchen is an elegant wet bar and wine refrigerator. Next to the kitchen is a powder room, laundry room and the door to the garage. The adjacent hallway leads to the home office on the right and spacious dining room with its own sink and dishwasher on the left. Perfect for hosting all your family getaways!
