The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Please note that car parking is a 10-minute walk away; drive to the Penthouse apartment. It's best to drive up and deliver your luggage and then return the car to the car park down the hill to drop it off.

Linen and towels are provided for your stay.

Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
There are strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. We welcome mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we have reserved the right to evict guests.

Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly. Parking is available for your stay. The Falls Creek car park is a 10-minute walk away, but once your car is parked, you won't need it until you leave, as the home is so central to everything. Please ask us any questions.
