THE GREAT ESCAPE 2BR, St Maarten

The Great Escape, where the name says it all! This spacious unit is in a prime location - directly on the beach! Whatever time your heart calls for a walk on the beach, a swim in the ocean, it’s right there. It is on the top floor so you have an unobstructed panoramic view of sun, sand and the Caribbean ocean - the view is all yours.

This is a 3 bedroom (all king size beds), with ensuite bathrooms and a wrap around balcony, which is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or a refreshing evening cocktail while the sun goes down. A large kidney shaped pool (common pool) is also available. A stocked kitchen, laundry room, linens are all included, the only things needed: drinks and suntan lotion.

The location is a short drive to grocery stores, shopping, casinos and restaurants. There are 2 popular beach restaurants, just a short stroll away on the beach.

If you dream of being on the beach, then this is the perfect vacation retreat!

**This has 3 bedrooms and this is the 2 bedroom rate, you can choose whichever bedrooms you like and the other bedroom is simply locked off during the stay. The entire unit is still private for your group**

Well equipped kitchen, with ocean views featuring granite countertops with all appliances, stainless steel refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a full supply of china, glasses, cooking utensils, crockery and pots.

POOL
A large common pool surrounded by a spacious sun deck with plenty of lounge chairs for your use during your stay, while enjoying the relaxing atmosphere.

BEACH
This condo is located beach front on the pristine beach of Simpsonbay Beach which stretches about 4.5km. Just a few steps and can swim in the Caribbean Sea while soaking up the sun and enjoy long sunset walks!

LIVING/DINING ROOM
The living & dining area is elegantly furnished with a tropical flare. The interior dining table can accommodate 6 persons comfortably, additionally there is a dining table located on the balcony.

The wrap around balcony is furnished with comfortable seating to relax enjoy the wonderful ocean views and sounds, giving you a front row seat to our Caribbean sunsets!

AMENITIES
