PLEASE NOTE:

Stairs: The apartment is located on the second floor and there is no elevator. Stairs must be used to access the apartment.

Construction: a construction project is underway next to the apartment building. Whilst it can be viewed from the apartment, the double-glazed windows effectively minimise any potential noise disturbances. In Perth, construction sites are strictly prohibited from generating noise before 7am or after 7pm from Monday to Saturday, and noise is not allowed on Sundays and public holidays. The construction crew is committed to adhering to these regulations.

Spectacular location directly opposite Cottesloe Beach - one of the most beautiful and iconic swimming beaches in Australia, if not the world! Swim in the crystal blue waters of the Indian Ocean. Take a day trip to Rottnest Island. Have a picnic or fish and chips under the pine trees enjoying the views to Rottnest Island.
