Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sleeps 6!

The Space:
Please Note, this home is currently a long term rental and will be converted to a short term vacation rental starting July 1. The owners are refurnishing the home, so the photos are not accurate. We will update the photos in July.

The home is one story. The first bedroom will have a queen bed. The second bedroom will be a bunk bed (twin over twin). These two rooms share a full bath in the hallway. The master bedroom will have a king bed and an en-suite bathroom.

There will be a TV in the living room.

The kitchen will be stocked with the essentials.

All of the artwork in the home will be provided by local artists!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house. There are two parking spots next to the house and on street parking.

The Neighborhood:
You are one block from all the action, you can walk to Harrison/ Main street and find restaurants and bars! In addition across the street from our home sits on the Mineral Belt Trail! Leadville is best known for all the winter activities like skiing at Cooper Mountain off highway 24 or Copper Mountain off highway 91, both are which a 30 minute drive. Other winter activities include snowmobiling, snowshoeing and winter ATVs! In the summer you can enjoy many outdoor hikes, the Leadville train ride, ATVing, electric bike rentals and so much more!

Getting Around:
Walking to downtown; driving to other locations.

Parking: Two parking spots next to house; on street parking

There is an additional pet fee if you are bringing a pet (2 pets max) - $70 + tax for one pet, $140 + tax for two.

If it snows more than several inches, look for snow removal signs to make sure you don't violate any temporary parking rules.

Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
