In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 3 bedrooms, a screened porch, and beautiful marsh views. The home is about a 12-minute bike ride from the beach.

This sunlit home welcomes you with tasteful pops of color, traditional-style décor, and serene marsh views through a wall of sliding glass doors. The living area has a Smart TV surrounded by accent chairs and a comfortable sofa. The home’s well-equipped kitchen offers an eat-in area and barstool seating at the center island. A formal dining area is also located in the front of the home.

The home features three relaxing bedrooms. The tranquil primary suite has a queen-sized bed, Smart TV, access to the home’s back deck, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with two twin beds, share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A secondary living area offers a queen sleeper sofa.

Enjoy a quintessential Lowcountry setting when you step out to the home’s screened porch and back deck. Admire the peaceful marsh view from the screened porch, where you'll find two cozy outdoor sofas and two swivel chairs beckoning you to relax. Alternatively, head to the back deck and experience the view while dining at the table and chairs.
