Comfy North Vancouver hangout
We were two couples in N. Vancouver for a combination nature and city adventure. Nature is very, very accessible. We enjoyed the proximity to major points of interest, and also being able to walk to the creek from the house. Going into the city can be tricky because of traffic, but it's fine if you avoid rush hour. The house is nice for couples because the rooms are on opposite sides. It's not a fancy place—just a comfortable lower floor apartment conversion. It has a large kitchen and we did a bit of cooking. If you're planning to do a lot of cooking, you might want to bring any specialized implements you need because the equipment was quite basic. Lots of dishes, though, and a dishwasher, which was great. We found a couple of fix-it items but the owners were responsive when we told them. It also isn't one of those places stocked with books and games, so bring your own entertainment if you need it. We were split on the comfort of the beds, but they were certainly fine enough. All in all, we liked it and would recommend a stay here.
