Location:
Clara's Place is situated a few streets down from Sanctuary Points water edge and a few minutes drive from the sanctuary Point shops. A short stroll to the local childrens playground and dog park.

The space:
Clara's Place comfortably sleeps 8-10 people in 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - Double bed
Bedroom 3 - Single Bed with Trundle can be converted to king bed on request.
Bedroom 4 - Single Bed with Trundle can be converted to king bed on request and bathroom - located in its own studio.
Porta-cot and highchair supplied. Please BYO cot linen.

Kitchen: Fully equipped and functional entertainers kitchen.

Outdoors: The backyard features an outdoor seating area, Fire-pit area and nice garden edged grassed yard.

Heating/Cooling: Air-conditioning in the main lounge area, 4th bedroom with ensuite also has its own individual air-conditioning unit. The 3 Bedrooms in the main house feature ceiling fans and small plug in fan heaters for winter.

Main Bathroom: Shower, bathtub, vanity and toilet.
Studio bathroom: Toilet and shower.

Laundry: Washing machine, Dryer and additional toilet.

Parking: Driveway and free on street parking

Linen: Clara's Place is fully equipped with all your bedroom and bathroom linen, however you will need to supply your own beach towels.

Wifi: Clara's Place does fast wi-fi!

Pet Friendly: Clara's Place is pet friendly and only a short stroll to the local dog park. Features; Secure fencing, pet door, pet bowls and sheets to cover furniture.

Security bond:
A security bond of 500 may be required depending on the method of booking. This will be confirmed if required at the time of booking.

Arrivals and departures:
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival.

Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state to which it was found.
