Upon entry, you will note the compact and well-appointed kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve meals for up to six people. The cozy dining room boasts a one-of-a-kind aspen dining table and chairs. The living area has a TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and a Murphy bed. The private deck has a patio table and chairs and is accessible from the living room and the main bedroom. The second bedroom is a spacious loft with plenty of closet space and an adjacent bathroom with a shower and washer/dryer. Because each sleeping area has its own bathroom, the Hideaway can work for multiple couples or families, ideal for 2-6 people looking to escape to the mountains and unwind. Whether it be starting your day of play by sipping fresh coffee on the covered deck looking at Pagosa Peak or unwinding in front of the roaring fireplace, this condo is cozy, charming, and just what you need! - No parties or number of people staying than what is paid for. These are causes for eviction with no refund
- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, and the manager may require proof of age
- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy, will be added to all reservation fees
- Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone’s home
