Single level living has 3 bedrooms plus 2 full baths and a wonderful location on the canal in a quiet residential area just an easy walk or bike ride to the surf and sand! This adorable vacation cottage has recently received many upgrades including new flooring and kitchen and includes central air conditioning, well stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 Smart TVs for streaming service and WiFi. Great outdoor yard with dock and outside shower. The kids will love the game room in the garage with ping pong and corn hole! Enjoy relaxing afternoons with friends and family sitting in the screen room overlooking the canal. Get-Away Mini Weeks are available off season with 3 night minimum!
