About this property

Welcome to the former show home in Heritage Pointe. The moment you step inside you will be greeted by stunning hardwood flooring. The kitchen is designed for a chef. There is lots of counter space with two islands. We have a smart fridge with gas appliances and a wine fridge. The main floor is an open floor plan. There is a full dining room or can be used for a office. Next to the kitchen is a huge walk in pantry connecting to the garage. The lower level has thick and luxurious carpet with a home theatre room. Also you will find a exercise room with a full bathroom. On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms and two full washrooms. The master bedroom has two sinks, large soaker tub and a good size shower. There is a skylight in the bathroom and a walk-in closet. There is a separate laundry room and a huge bonus room. With the rental comes free use of the lake facilities. There is paddle boards, canoes, peddle boats and use of life jackets. You can fish there summer and winter. Also they have a pickle ball court.
