Our renovated 1902 Villa is a blend of French country charm&modern comfort situated on our tranquil lifestyle block.

Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, & 2 separate lounges, along with a cozy fireplace, our retreat ensures your comfort while enjoying nature .

Collect fresh eggs from the chickens & say hello to our alpacas .

Relax in the spa pool, explore local trails , or outdoor activities on our spacious lawn, perfect for games & relaxation. Plus the Kids have their own playhouse to enjoy.

Just 15mins from Wellington CBD & 7mins from Petone Beach by car or Uber guests can enjoy easy access to urban amenities while still reveling in the peaceful rural setting .

You will have full private access to our home , if you would like to visit up close our friendly chickens and alpacas gates MUST be closed behind you and children supervised at all times . Garage is not for guests .

Amazing
The Agnes house has made our trip to Wellington a delight. It has all the things we required for a family with younger kids. We could have just spent the weekend in the house and it would have been great. This character house is a definite recommendation.
Stayed 4 nights in Oct 2024
