The Space:
This newly furnished, 3rd-floor apartment is situated in Colonia Nápoles, a residential and commercial neighborhood that’s characterized by its architecture of mid-century modernism and the boom in the construction of large apartment buildings. There are also numerous neo-colonial-style villas. It stands out for its growing commercial, hotel and business activity. Plus, the area is home to the Convention and Exhibition Center: World Trade Center Mexico, as well as the Polyforum Cultural Siqueiros. It’s also a few steps away from Pepsi Center, Hospital Angeles de MÉXICO, StarMédica Private Children's Hospital, and near Plaza de Toros.

Stepping into the apartment, you’re greeted by a colorful and cheerful vibe. There’s a sitting area with a sofa (that can sleep a 5th guest if needed) and a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with the most important basics for preparing meals, plus a coffee maker for your morning jump start! The breakfast bar is where you can enjoy your homemade creations or work on your laptop comfortably if needed.

At the end of the day, when it’s time to rest and recharge, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have been outfitted with lovely linens, plush pillows, and ample closet space.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood of Nápoles is also home to iconic landmarks such as the World Trade Center Mexico City and the historic Plaza Nápoles. It’s also a few steps away from Pepsi Center, Hospital Angeles de MÉXICO, StarMédica Private Children's Hospital, and near Plaza de Toros. With its central location and dynamic energy, the area offers residents and visitors alike a lively urban experience in Mexico's capital. The property is about 1 block from a Walmart Express and about 2 blocks from the Chedraui.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX), about 13.2 km or 8.2 miles away.
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that check-in is available only from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If your estimated time of arrival is later, we will not be able to accommodate you.

Guests may need to climb stairs.

There is no parking available. If you aren’t arriving by car to get around, the Metrobus WTC station is a 5-minute walk away.

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with a valid permit. The presence of 1 pet per property is allowed.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. For stays longer than 3 weeks, it is mandatory to carry out an intermediate cleaning that the guest must cover.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Only 1 service animal is allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
Additionally, you’ll use a door code to enter the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
