Great location, central to many top local attractions of the south of the Dordogne, and the valley of the 5 chateaux, house is situated between Sarlat and Rocamador, just 10 minutes from the Dordogne River for canoeing, picnics and swimming. Stunning and spacious, open-plan house, large lounge with cathedral ceiling which leads out to terrace with outdoor sofa area and table and chairs. Huge kitchen, great for cooking together and just hanging out. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one bedroom with en-suite is on the ground floor). Outside there is your private pool, gardens, fire pit and sunny and shaded eating areas and a outdoor sofa for relaxing. Enjoy the al-fresco lifestyle and campfire evenings, all set in over an acre of private gardens and not overlooked! Evenings can be spent barbecuing, roasting marshmallows on the firepit and stargazing (the skies are amazing, with the milkyway hoovering above).
