The Space:

This 2-bedroom unit features a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with another double bed, and a spacious living room with a 3-seater sofa bed that converts into a double. The apartment also includes a well equipped kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with all essentials, a laundry area, and a private balcony offering lovely city views.

The Neighborhood:
Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Spencer Street right next to the Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof.
Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre.
There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

Getting Around:
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated right next to the Southern Cross station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.
Hop on board the Skybus which provides a quick, convenient and cost effective way to get to and from the airport.
Access to the Overland rail service TrainLink XPT.
Coach services to Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport, as well as regional Victorian and interstate destinations.
Europcar, Budget and Avis rental car depots are just opposite the building in the Southern Cross station, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy!
There is also a tram stop right outside the main entrance on Spencer Street.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “SOUTHERN CROSS STATION CAR PARK” or otherwise known as “WILSON PARKING” - 163-235 Spencer St, which is a 4min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.
Other Things to Note:
A representative will greet you upon check-in to hand over the keys. Please make sure to inform us of your arrival time in advance so we can meet you on time.
For luggage storage before or after your stay, Southern Cross Station offers lockers ranging from AU$10-16 for 24 hours. Alternatively, BnB Concierge at Shop 3/200 Spencer St provides storage for AU$8 per bag.
The apartment is ideal for 4 guests but can accommodate up to 6. An extra charge of AU$29 per night applies for additional guests beyond 4.
The 5th and 6th guests will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out to a double.
