• As a community pool, availability is subject to community discretion. It is generally available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, but can be closed for maintenance, etc. Host shall not be held liable for pool closures.
• Dedicated lot parking is available for 1 vehicle. Additional overflow parking is available for up to 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis.
• This home is pet friendly. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet, per day. The Pet Fee is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Washer and dryer available in-unit.
