Upon entering this well loved home, you walk through the large L shaped Living/Dining areas with views beyond the large screened in, paved Lanai out to the lake surrounding 148' of waterfrontage along with the dock. Mature tropical landscaping along the sides of the house provides privacy and serenity as you enjoy watching the birds and wild life along with the beautiful sunsets from this incredible Lanai. The large kitchen has been updated and reconfigured by adding great space to include the dining area, center island, wood cabinets, stunning granite counter tops, steel shaded appliances.

Stay was just OK

The first four days of our stay were miserable—no AC while it was 87F outside. When I contacted the host, they had the audacity to ask for a picture of the temperature, as if we were lying about it being unbearably hot. Finally, on the fourth day, the air conditioning was fixed. On top of that, the unit had several broken things, including a window and a table. The listing also advertised a grill, which we planned to use, but there was no grill to be found. When we reached out about it, we got no response. By the end of our stay, it felt like the host was ghosting us entirely. They clearly didn’t want to deal with the AC problem, the missing grill, or anything else. Extremely disappointing experience.
