Why they chose this property
Located on Fairway Avenue in West Porpoise Bay, we live in a quiet and quaint neighbourhood. With Beach access and Marina in a 5-minute walk, we have the best of both worlds; quiet suburbia, right by scenic farmland. A 5 minute walk to The Lavender Farm and a 10 minute drive to Bricker Cider there are plenty of things to do, even without a vehicle. Accessible by bus right from the Ferry Terminal in Langdale and only a short 5 minute drive from downtown Sechelt. We are also able to offer a discount for our local rideshare program.

The Cedars and Douglas Firs welcome you with their serene beauty as you go up the driveway to the 4-car parking lot, equipped with an EV-charger. With private access to our suite, you also have full access to our acreage filled with blooming flowers all year round, scenic viewpoints, happy chickens and easily accessible trailheads as well as a beach access trail right from the yard.
